Sketching animals

Sketching animals while they disappear

Animals are amazing, fascinating and disappearing at a rate, that the planet haven’t seen an gigantic meteorite hit the Yucatan and wiped out the dinosaurs approx.  65 million years ago.
Back in the nineties I spent two years drawing zoo’s and traveling around studying the newest Zoo designs,  trying to see them as the way to safe animals from extinction. Later I realized that Zoo’s wasn’t going to do it alone, and I changed to nature parks instead, and then onwards to eco designs… still a long way to go, but I still try to get closer, drawing animals from books, zoos and other places to learn more about them.
