Smart villages can connect nature, people and technology in unique ways

Smart cities is the new buzzword, connecting the urban centers to technology as the next step, but there is a less known, but important version of this called “smart villages” those small local, culture rich traditional places with ties often far back in history. These small places are also getting connected, but the villages are different from the huge cities in a very important way: the villages have much stronger connections in place to the landscapes around them, and this can make them very strong candidates for environmental work, securing a sustainable future for all
