Drawing up thoughts about reality

sketching up reality – the classic illustration about it

For a long time I have wondered how to draw the sentence: “A picture is worth a thousand words”

It started when I read somewhere, where a writer mentioned that: “if a picture really is worth a thousand words, then how will you draw that… ? ”

I find the perceptual difference between words and images fascinating,  and when I thought about it again I wondered if the knowledge-drawing from yesterday could be an skeched answer to that question?

Is a picture worth a thousand words?

Still wonder if I can find a better way to visualize it…

  1. I use your pictures to suport my words. Your picture is the broadest stroke of what I intend to say. So, before I even start to write I pick the picture first. Thanks for more great drawings and watercolours. Billy
