Most experts agree that we are facing more frequent and more radical extreme weather in the near future. Every year new data arrives and computers gets better and better at calculating what climate change and different weather patterns will mean for the countless large and small coast cities around the world
Many cities, villages and coastal town have all-ready started to prepare themselves for extreme weather, but other places are not ready at all
