Walking behind, for some Hunter-Gatherer nomads, show a very different understanding of what  leadership is

In the industrialized world the leader, instructor or expert normally walks in front to lead and to “show the Way” , but  in some ancient nomad tribes this is reversed: The children walks in the front, to learn by doing, and to make it possible for the more experienced to be able to watch and guide them better  – and also, to make sure the young and in-experienced members of the community will not get lost somewhere behind.

How different from  the “boss/expert/leader in the front”  logic that rules the world now…
